Overview

I graduated in Computer Science Engineering at the University of Girona in 2009. I received the Master in Industrial, Automation, and Computer Systems degree in 2010. My master thesis was done in collaboration with the Institute of Biomedical Engineering of the University of Oxford under the supervision of Prof. J. Alison Noble. Currently, I am a PhD candidate at the VICOROB group of the University of Girona. My research, supervised by Dr. Joan Martí and Dr. Robert Martí, is focused on computerized detection and segmentation of lesions in breast ultrasound images.

Research interests: computer vision, image processing, medical imaging, image segmentation, object detection, ultrasound imaging.
