Overview

I graduated in Computer Science Engineering at the University of Girona in 2011. I received the Master in Industrial, Automation, and Computer Systems degree in 2012. My master thesis was done in collaboration with the Institute of of Neurology of the University College London under the supervision of Dr. Claudia AM Wheeler-Kingshott. Currently, I am a PhD student at the VICOROB group of the University of Girona. My research, supervised by Dr. Xavier Lladó, is focused on brain image analysis involving multi-channel registration and MS lesion segmentation on conventional and diffusion magnetic resonance images.

Research interests: computer vision, image processing, medical imaging, image segmentation, image registration, magnetic resonance imaging.
